- Bring the part to one of our shops for inspection and processing.
Return Periods and Fees
1. Within 15 Days:
- Returns initiated within 15 days of purchase are eligible for a free return with no restocking fee.
2. Day 16 to Day 30:
- Returns initiated between 16 and 30 days after purchase will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Condition of the Parts
1. Part Condition:
- Returned items must be undamaged and in good, resaleable condition.
- Items showing wear, installation, or damage will not be accepted.
2. Packaging:
- All original packaging must be intact and in good condition.
- Parts not returned in original or acceptable packaging may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical parts are non-returnable after installation.
- Custom-ordered or specially-requested parts are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be processed within 1-3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
